The CroftMet PES708 is a floor-standing professional electric cooking range from the CroftMet 700-series, built for high-throughput commercial kitchens in restaurants, hotels and catering operations. Running on 400 V three-phase power with a total output of 12 kW, it delivers consistent, controllable heat across four cast-iron burners — a surface well suited to simultaneous multi-pot cooking during busy service.
The free-standing unit includes an enclosed base cabinet for inventory storage, keeping pots, pans and tools within arm's reach on the line. As part of the 700-series platform, the PES708 sits alongside related configurations including the PES708S and PES708R, giving buyers flexibility to specify the layout that best fits their kitchen design.
