The CroftMet PE712 is a tabletop electric range for professional kitchens, delivering 18.0 kW across six cast-iron burners at 400 V — substantial output in a countertop-mounted footprint that fits tight prep lines and back-bar cooking stations alike.
Six cast-iron burners provide even, stable heat retention well-suited to high-volume cooking: sauces, stocks, sautéing and simmering can all run simultaneously without a full floor range taking up valuable floor space.
