The Saro CoolRolly is a self-contained mobile bar for indoor and outdoor use, designed for hotels, restaurants, catering operations and event venues that need a fully functional bar anywhere on-site. Compact enough to roll through standard doorways when closed (1543 × 642 mm footprint), it unfolds to a generous 2688 × 1936 mm working station with two fold-out stainless steel side tables — each rated to 25 kg — giving staff ample prep and service space without a fixed installation.

Three warm-white LED panels illuminate the bar interior, six chrome-decorated rails keep stemware organised and visible, and two IP54-rated sockets let you run appliances directly from the unit's 3 kW supply. Six individual door locks secure the contents during transport, while four bearing castors with brakes make repositioning straightforward even at 140 kg. An optional bar cooler (3-glass-door or 3-sliding-door model) integrates directly for operations that require chilled storage at the point of service.
