The Bradley Digital Food Smoker is a self-contained electric smoker designed for consistent, controlled hot and cold smoking of meat, fish, poultry and cheese in professional and semi-professional kitchen environments. Its digital control panel allows operators to set and monitor both temperature and smoking time independently, reducing the need for constant supervision during long smoking sessions.
Built around Bradley's proprietary bisquette feed system, the unit automatically advances flavoured wood bisquettes at timed intervals, delivering a clean, repeatable smoke without the bitterness associated with burning wood ash. This makes it a practical choice for restaurants, delis, hotel kitchens and catering operations looking to produce house-smoked products consistently and with minimal hands-on effort.
