The Was Series 1703 is a professional stainless steel mixing bowl with a bellied (bauchige) form and a bordered, curved rim — designed for prep kitchens in restaurants, hotels, catering operations and bakeries. At 400 mm in diameter with an 8-litre capacity, it handles large-batch mixing, marinating and storage with ease.
Constructed from CrNi chromium-nickel stainless steel, the bowl is durable, hygienic and easy to clean. The curved rim provides a secure grip during use, and the bellied shape gives stability on the work surface — practical details that matter during a busy service.
