Description
The Roller Grill MS 4 + BMV 4 is a wheeled stainless steel bain-marie display cart for hot-holding prepared foods in buffets, canteens, snack bars and convenience stores, accommodating four GN 1/1 containers at temperatures between 30 °C and 95 °C. The panoramic BMV 4 showcase features a curved glass front and glass side panels that keep food visible while dual heating — a water-bath resistance element beneath the tank and two overhead halogen lamps — maintains even, consistent hold temperatures across the full 3.6 kW capacity.
The integrated MS 4 cart mounts the BMV 4 at serving height on four lockable castors, with sliding rear Plexiglas doors for easy staff access, two stainless steel drain taps for full tank emptying, and internal cable routing that keeps the workstation tidy. At 85 kg combined, the unit is built for permanent front-of-house positioning in operations that need a professional, self-contained hot-food station — whether that is a hotel buffet line, a canteen servery or a high-volume snack bar.
