Description
Description
The Vitrum Vitrum Cooling Workbenches CTS16.2.M.2.2 is a low refrigerated table with drawers for professional kitchens, maintaining a holding temperature between 2 °C and 6 °C across its 1660 mm wide, under-counter format. Built entirely from stainless steel (INOX), it houses two 2-drawer blocks fitted with telescopic stainless steel guides and sized for GN 1/1-200 trays, making it the right choice for restaurants, hotels, and catering operations that need cold ingredient storage directly at the workstation.
The centrally positioned R290 compressor draws just 0.25 kW on a standard single-phase 230 V supply, while high-density seamless polyurethane foam insulation keeps energy losses minimal. Automatic defrosting and electronic controls with power-interruption protection reduce operator intervention and safeguard stored product during brief outages. Height-adjustable legs allow the unit to sit flush under any standard counter line.
We manufacture the Vitrum Cooling Workbenches CTS range to order — contact us for custom sizes and a quote.
