The Angelo Po 1G0GRE is an electric lava stone grill from the 700 line, designed for high-throughput à la carte cooking in restaurants, hotels, and professional catering kitchens. Drawing 8.1 kW at 400 V, it delivers the intense, even radiant heat of lava stone in a compact countertop footprint — ideal for operations that need authentic grilled results without a gas connection.
The cooking surface is enamelled cast iron treated with a nanotechnology coating that promotes fat release and simplifies cleaning between service rushes. The entire unit is built from AISI 304 stainless steel with a 20/10 mm thick top, offering the durability and hygiene compliance that professional kitchens demand. Its table-top construction integrates cleanly into existing 700-series line-ups.
