The Dupont ALULINE 3020 Gold is a painted aluminium presentation tray for pastry and chocolate cabinets, measuring 300 × 200 mm with a 10 mm raised rim all around. Designed for professional bakery and patisserie display, it handles temperatures from -20 °C to +80 °C, making it equally suited to refrigerated showcases and ambient display cabinets.
The gold lacquer finish gives confectionery and chocolate pieces a premium backdrop without requiring additional dressing. Part of a coordinated range available in six sizes and three colours — gold, white and black — these trays allow pastry shops, hotel breakfast counters and chocolate boutiques to maintain a consistent presentation across their entire cabinet setup.
