The Was Cookware 19 saucepan (Ø18 cm) is a single-handle stainless steel saucepan — a Stielkasserolle — built for professional kitchens in restaurants, hotels and catering operations. Constructed from CrNi stainless steel with an encapsulated sandwich base, it works on all hob types including induction, making it a versatile daily workhorse at the stove.
The welded stainless steel cold handle stays safe to grip during service, while the integrated pouring rim speeds up plating and reduces mess. At 3 litres capacity, it handles sauces, reductions and smaller batches efficiently without occupying unnecessary space on a busy range.
