The Pintinox Efficient 26 cm pancake pan is a professional crepe and pancake pan built from die-cast aluminium with a TEFLON® non-stick interior, designed for high-volume breakfast and dessert service in restaurants, hotels, cafés and catering operations.
The ultra-low 10 mm pan body keeps batter thin and evenly spread, while the die-cast aluminium construction delivers consistent heat distribution across the full 26 cm cooking surface. The Bakelite handle stays cool during service, and the pan works across all common heat sources — induction, gas, electric and glass-ceramic hobs. Dishwasher-safe construction keeps turnover fast during busy shifts.
