Where we ship

We deliver across Latvia, the Baltics and the European Union. Collection from our premises at Bitēnu iela 1, Berģi, Garkalnes pag., Ropažu nov., LV-1024 is also available by prior arrangement.

Shipping costs

Shipping cost is calculated and shown at checkout, based on your delivery address and the weight and size of your order. For some Baltic/EU destinations the cost and delivery time are confirmed before the order is placed.

Delivery methods

Delivery is carried out by courier (delivery partners such as Venipack).

Delivery times

• In-stock items are dispatched without undue delay.
• Many items are ordered from suppliers and have a longer lead time (typically up to about 4 weeks), which is indicated before you order.
• Unless a longer time is stated and agreed, goods are delivered within 30 days of the order.
• If we cannot deliver within the stated or agreed time, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

Order processing

Orders are processed once payment has been received.

Receiving your order

On delivery, please check the parcel and report any damage to the courier and to us promptly. Risk of loss or damage passes to a consumer when the goods are received; for business buyers, on handover to the carrier.
