OVE Garda Dessert Fork, 185 mm, 18/10 Steel

The OVE Garda dessert fork measures 185 mm and 34 g, sized for dessert and starter courses where the full-size table fork would be too large.

Every piece in the Garda range is made from 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel sourced from Germany, then polished through several stages, finishing with a high mirror polish for a bright silver surface that is built to be handled and washed hundreds of times a week in a working kitchen.

The dessert fork is sold singly and supplied to trade in cases of twelve, and lines up with the rest of the Garda range — table cutlery, dessert cutlery and coffee/tea spoons — for a matching place setting across every course.
