OVE Como Dessert Knife, 190 mm, 18/10 Steel

The Como dessert knife is a 190 mm knife sized for desserts and lighter courses that need a blade smaller than the table knife.

Made from 18/10 stainless steel and polished through several stages to a high mirror finish, it holds its shine and resists staining through repeated commercial dishwashing. At 0.065 kg it stays light in the hand across a long service, without feeling insubstantial.
