Cambro SlidingLid Ice Caddy ICS100L, 45.5 kg

The Cambro ICS100L holds up to 45.5 kg of ice and keeps it frozen for days, so a bar, a banquet floor or an outdoor event can be stocked once in the morning rather than topped up all afternoon. The shell is double-wall high-density polyethylene around thick polyurethane foam: impact resistant, and it will not dent, crack, bubble, chip or break.

The slant top is the part that earns its keep. It slides up and back into the lid for one-handed access to the ice, and a nylon front latch secures it in transit. Four thumbscrews hold the top down when the caddy is moved. Inside, an unbreakable polycarbonate drain shelf keeps the ice clear of meltwater so it lasts longer, and an NSF-listed recessed faucet with a standard hose connection drains it without tipping the unit.

It stands 730 mm high, which fits under standard prep tables, counter tops and banquet tables. Moulded-in side grips and lift grips front and back give a controlled hold on and off a vehicle, and it rolls on four 127 mm casters, two of them swivel with locking brakes. No assembly required.
