Cambro Camchiller Cold Plate CP3253, GN 1/1

A Cambro insulated carrier holds safe temperatures for about four hours on its own. The Camchiller is how you get past that. Freeze the plate flat overnight, slide it onto the top rails of the carrier above your chilled food, and the cold holding time extends well beyond four hours with no power, no ice and no meltwater.

It is the same answer when the carrier is opened often rather than left shut — a service line, a buffet refill, a field kitchen where the lid comes off every few minutes. Each opening costs cold, and the plate buys it back.

This is the full-size plate, sized to GN 1/1 at 530 x 325 x 30 mm, so it sits across the full width of a standard carrier. For half-size carriers and smaller loads there is a GN 1/2 version.
