Modular Cold Room Panel System, 80/100/160 mm

Evosystem is Incold's quick-assembly modular cold room system. The vertical and horizontal panels couple directly to each other, so a room is built without a separate frame and can be dismantled or extended later.

Panels are 80 mm for chilled rooms and 100 or 160 mm for freezer rooms. Internal heights run from 2020 mm to 3220 mm in a 200 mm module, so the room is sized to the space rather than to a fixed model.

The panel core is rigid polyurethane foam at 41 kg/m3 with a thermal conductivity of 0.022 W/mK, and the standard reaction to fire class is B-s3,d0 to EN 13501-1. The standard facing is prepainted galvanised steel in RAL 9010 with a 30 micron coating; AISI 304 stainless steel and an antibacterial PVC coating are available as options.

The door is a semi-recessed monolithic leaf. Internal corners are finished with R10 rounded grey PVC profiles so the room can be cleaned down properly. Floors are available as P 100 standard galvanised steel, P 100 IX in AISI 304 stainless steel, or P 250 F in HPL laminated phenolic plywood.
