Modular Cold Room Panels, 60–140 mm, PUR

Multi L is the sheet-metal version of Incold's fully modular Multi System cold room range. The vertical and horizontal edge profiles are made of sheet metal with polyurethane injected inside and are finished with angle caps, which gives a more robust edge than the PVC version while keeping the same modularity.

Panel thicknesses are 60, 80, 100 and 140 mm. A glass door version is available where the contents need to be visible, and Drink Rack shelving is available as an option.

The panel core is rigid polyurethane foam between two prepainted galvanised steel facings in RAL 9010 with a 30 micron non-toxic coating and a temporary protective film. Panels with a B-s3,d0 reaction to fire class in PIR foam are available as an option.

The standard door on the panel has a clear opening of 95 by 190 cm, hinged on the right with left hand available, and comes with a key handle and a luminescent internal safety release. Widths of 60, 70, 80 and 120 cm are available on request, all of them also in a sliding version.

Floors use a phenolic laminate integrated into the polyurethane foam and take up to 160 kg per rubber wheel. They can be specified at floor level, at floor level with an external ramp, or with an internal ramp. Internal heights run from 123 cm to 243 cm in 20 cm steps.
