Modular Walk-In Cold Room, PUR, 60–140 mm Panel

Multi Cubed is the top model of Incold's fully modular Multi System cold room range. Like Multi L it uses sheet metal edge profiles with polyurethane inside, but the angle caps are replaced by floor-to-ceiling vertical edge profiles, which gives a clean uninterrupted corner and a more finished appearance.

Panel thicknesses are 60, 80, 100, 120 and 140 mm, the widest range in the Multi System family, so the same system covers chilled rooms and low temperature freezer rooms.

The panel core is rigid polyurethane foam between two prepainted galvanised steel facings in RAL 9010 with a 30 micron non-toxic coating and a temporary protective film. Panels with a B-s3,d0 reaction to fire class in PIR foam are available as an option.

The standard door on the panel has a clear opening of 95 by 190 cm, hinged on the right with left hand available, and comes with a key handle and a luminescent internal safety release. Widths of 60, 70, 80 and 120 cm are available on request, all of them also in a sliding version.

Floors use a phenolic laminate integrated into the polyurethane foam and take up to 160 kg per rubber wheel. They can be specified at floor level, at floor level with an external ramp, or with an internal ramp. Internal heights run from 123 cm to 243 cm in 20 cm steps.
