Description
Description
The SPM Karma Gravity (ref. 563212) is a countertop soft-serve ice cream and frozen yogurt machine for cafés, restaurants, hotels and dessert bars, delivering up to 9 kg/h — roughly 120 cones per hour — from a 6.5 L cooled hopper. The gravity feeding system pre-chills mix before it reaches the 2.3 L freezing cylinder, maintaining product quality and safety during continuous service. Powered by a 1.0 kW air-cooled compressor running on R290 refrigerant, it draws minimal energy while meeting CE and ISO 9001 standards. Built in Spilamberto, Italy.
Operation is straightforward: a capacitive touch board with LED indicators lets staff select from three consistency levels and monitors the hopper fill level via a minimum-level warning light. Automatic defrost and night mode reduce daily maintenance, making the Karma Gravity a practical fit for venues that need reliable, hands-off performance across long service shifts. The stainless steel exterior with glossy finish keeps the unit presentable on any front-of-house counter.
