The Sirman Mercurio Leva is a professional lever citrus juicer designed for continuous front-of-house and bar use in restaurants, hotels, cafés, and juice bars. Built around a ventilated 0.15 kW motor with gear reduction drive spinning at 320 rpm, it delivers consistent, quiet extraction without manual effort — press the lever and the safety micro-switch activates the reamer automatically, stopping the moment you release.
The anodised aluminium frame keeps the unit light at just 6 kg, while the AISI 304 stainless steel bowl and lid meet the hygiene demands of professional kitchens. Two interchangeable dishwasher-safe cones handle different fruit sizes from small limes to large grapefruits, and the included drip-stop saucer keeps the counter clean during service.
Compact enough to sit on any back bar or prep counter — 210 mm wide and 570 mm tall with the lever raised — the Mercurio Leva is the practical choice for operations that need reliable, presentable citrus juicing from morning breakfast service through evening cocktail prep.
