Description
Description
The JKS Supereko 2 is a modular freezer room for professional food storage, holding up to 5,600 litres at a working temperature of −18 °C to −20 °C. Built in Italy, it assembles via a cam-lock panel system — no specialist tools required — making it a practical fit for restaurants, hotel kitchens, catering facilities and food-production operations that need reliable deep-freeze capacity without permanent construction work.
Panels are filled with CFC-free injected rigid polyurethane foam (95% closed cells, 40–42 kg/m³ density), available in three thickness options to suit different insulation demands. The embossed AISI 304 stainless steel floor handles heavy trolley traffic, while the door frame heater — standard on JKS freezer rooms — prevents ice build-up and keeps the seal functional under continuous use. All interior and exterior surfaces use atoxic food-contact-approved pre-painted steel, and the unit is designed in compliance with HACCP standards.
The Supereko 2 ships with the L12125B monoblock refrigeration unit, a plug-in compressor that simplifies installation and servicing. A wide choice of panel widths allows the room footprint to be configured to available floor space.
