The OVE Amarone fish fork is 200 mm long and weighs 39 g, shaped for a dedicated fish course alongside the matching fish knife.

Every piece in the Amarone range is machined from 18/10 chrome-nickel stainless steel and polished through several stages, finishing in a high-mirror polish. The steel grade is naturally corrosion-resistant, so the range keeps its shine through years of repeated use in busy restaurant and hotel kitchens.
