Vitrum Hot Dog Station HDCT8.3.MD.5GN1_9, Refrigerated, 860 mm

The Vitrum HDCT8.3.MD.5GN1_9 is a compact refrigerated hot dog station for convenience stores, petrol stations, kiosks and fast-food counters. Five GN 1/9 topping containers sit in the refrigerated top section under a glass canopy with integrated LED lighting, and two 230 V sockets are built in for the roller grill or sausage warmer on the worktop. The station measures 860 x 650 x 1370 mm in stainless steel AISI 304.

The base holds four refrigerated GN 1/1 drawers (one 200 mm, two 150 mm and one 100 mm deep) on telescopic stainless steel guides, cooled by a ventilated system between +2 and +6 °C with a Carel electronic controller, automatic defrosting, high-density polyurethane insulation and R290 refrigerant. The cooling compressor is a removable standardised cassette that can be replaced within minutes. Power input is 0.23 kW on a 220–240 V single-phase supply.

Castors, GN containers and lids are the usual add-ons and are quoted with the unit. The station is built to order in our own factory; the larger 1260 mm version with an integrated sausage warmer can be selected above. Contact us for configurations and a quote.
