The Telme Pratica 15-25 Air Mono is a vertical batch freezer for producing fresh gelato and granita, with a capacity of up to 25 litres per hour on a standard single-phase 230 V supply. Manufactured in Codogno, Italy, its stainless steel body and transparent lid reflect the build quality and process visibility expected in professional kitchens. Each cycle completes in 8–12 minutes, processing 2.3–4.5 kg of mix per batch.

Dual-mode control — time-based or temperature-based — lets operators choose the cycle method that suits their recipe and workflow. Adjustable scraper blades and a double extraction speed at the end of the cycle ensure consistent texture and clean, efficient unloading. Air-cooled cooling removes the need for plumbing, making installation straightforward in restaurant, hotel, café or catering environments where a dedicated water supply is not practical.
