Nordkapp Ice Crusher, 3 L, 0.15 kW

The Sirman Nordkapp is a countertop ice crusher for bars, restaurants, hotels and cafés that need consistent crushed ice on demand. Built in Italy, it features an extruded aluminium body with stainless steel blades and container, and accepts ice cubes up to 40 × 40 mm — down to a minimum temperature of −3 °C. The gear-transmission drive runs the blades at 800 rpm, while the discharge adjustment lets operators regulate crushed ice particle size to suit cocktails, cold platters or blended drinks.

At just 5.2 kg net and a compact footprint, the Nordkapp sits comfortably on any bar or prep counter without occupying worktop space. The 3 L feed jug and 2 L collection bowl keep service flowing during busy periods, and the lid-mounted safety interlock means the machine only runs when closed — a practical requirement in fast-paced environments. Drawing only 0.15 kW on a standard 230 V single-phase supply, it is economical to run and straightforward to integrate into any existing setup.
