The Saro ELIAS (SKU 330-1085) is a countertop heated food display showcase with a 96-litre capacity and 1.5 kW of heating power, designed to keep prepared dishes, pastries and snacks at serving temperature in busy front-of-house environments. Operating across a wide temperature range of 30–90 °C, it suits cafés, hotel buffets, bakeries, canteen counters and deli operations where hot food must remain visually presented and guest-ready throughout service.

The stainless steel cabinet sits on the counter and features three wire grid shelves behind tempered-glass sliding doors on both front and rear — giving staff full access from either side for fast replenishment. LED interior lighting keeps the display bright and appealing, while the built-in temperature display lets operators monitor the cabinet at a glance. An included water pan provides passive air humidification, helping to preserve food texture and prevent drying out over extended holding periods.
