The Roller Grill PSR 400 G is a professional tabletop gas griddle plate (plancha) for high-volume à la carte cooking, built around a 400 × 400 mm polished decarbonised steel surface that reaches working temperature in under 10 minutes. A single star-shaped burner delivers even heat across the entire plate, and a piezo ignition plus one adjustment knob keep operation fast and straightforward during a busy service.

The 10 mm plate thickness ensures excellent heat retention and consistent searing results — ideal for steaks, fish, vegetables and breakfast items in restaurants, hotel kitchens, bistros and catering operations. A safety thermocouple automatically cuts the gas supply if the flame goes out, and the fully removable stainless steel grease drawer is dishwasher-safe for quick end-of-service clean-down. The unit ships ready for natural gas and includes an LPG conversion kit, so it adapts to your existing supply without extra cost. Manufactured in France.
