The Roller Grill HVC 120 GN is a mobile ventilated heated cabinet designed for holding and serving hot food and pre-warmed plates in professional kitchens, restaurants, hotels, and catering operations — accommodating up to 120 plates (Ø34 cm) or 3× GN 1/1 containers in a compact 800 × 460 mm footprint.

Fan-forced air circulation and a mechanical thermostat adjustable up to 130 °C ensure uniform, consistent heat throughout the double-insulated stainless steel interior, while a built-in water tray maintains humidity to prevent food from drying out during service. Three grids adjustable across 9 levels offer flexible loading for banquet and à la carte service alike, and magnetic double-door closures keep heat loss to a minimum between uses.

Running on a standard 230 V / 3.0 kW supply, the HVC 120 GN rolls easily on four castors (two with brakes), making it equally at home in a busy restaurant pass, a hotel banqueting suite, or a catering staging area where mobility and reliable hold temperature are critical.
