Built by Danish manufacturer FKI Fast Food Teknik, it suits busy countertop stations in convenience stores, stadiums, hotel buffets, cafés, and catering operations where consistent throughput and precise heat control are essential.

Each roller houses its own electric heating element for even, direct heat transfer, and operators can run both zones simultaneously or manage them separately via dedicated energy regulators — useful for keeping product warm on one side while grilling fresh stock on the other.
