The Kromet 900.BEK-150AN is an indirect electric boiling pan for high-volume cooking in professional kitchens, offering a 150-litre capacity at 18.5 kW. Steam-jacket heating distributes heat evenly across the AISI 316L acid-resistant polished steel tank bottom, protecting delicate stocks, sauces and bulk preparations from scorching. The AN variant eliminates manual water management: the inter-jacket heating space fills automatically, keeping operations efficient during busy service.

Built for restaurants, hotel kitchens, central production facilities and catering operations where hygiene and durability are non-negotiable, the pan carries PZH attestation confirming food-contact compliance. A 1½" (DN40) drain valve speeds emptying, a safety valve guards against overpressure, and the robust AISI 304 stainless steel body handles the demands of continuous commercial use.
