The Zumex Soul is an automatic countertop citrus juicer for restaurants, hotels, cafés and juice bars, processing up to 18 fruits per minute with a 10-second juice cycle. Its compact footprint fits any service counter, while the fruit feeder holds 6–7 fruits and the waste compartment collects 16–18 husks before needing to be emptied — keeping service uninterrupted during peak hours.

The proprietary Conical System® Top Performance uses ASP® nanotechnology with silver ions for antibacterial juicing, and the PulpOut System automatically sweeps excess pulp and seeds from the filter. All juice-contact parts are 100% dishwasher safe, and interchangeable sizing kits accommodate a wide range of citrus — from small limes to large grapefruits. The Soul is Wi-Fi enabled, supporting remote monitoring, predictive maintenance and productivity tracking from a connected device.
