The Roller Grill WI/1 is a single electric chocolate and sauce warmer for professional service stations, capable of holding products at 60 °C and preheating to 75 °C in around 15 minutes. Using dry heat rather than a bain-marie, it keeps chocolate, caramel, honey, jam, cheese sauce and hot sauces at consistent serving temperature without the mess or maintenance of a water bath.

Rated at 170 W and drawing just 0.7 A from a standard 230 V supply, the WI/1 is economical to run and compact enough for any pass or dessert station. An adjustable thermostat with electronic timer and pilot light gives precise control across a 0–90 °C range, while the included 1 L flexible squeeze bottle with triple-exit cap lets staff plate cleanly and quickly. Made in France and backed by a 2-year warranty, it suits patisseries, hotel breakfast setups, dessert bars and busy à la carte kitchens.
