Sirman Slow Juicer Ektor 37, 400 W, 37 rpm

The Sirman Ektor 37 is a low-speed juice extractor for fruit and vegetables, built for bars, cafés, hotels and restaurants that serve fresh juice through the day. A 400 W asynchronous ventilated motor turns the high-efficiency screw at 37 rpm, pressing the juice out slowly instead of shredding it. The stainless steel construction and the wide introduction hopper, with a 78 by 88 mm mouth and a 43 by 35 mm secondary opening, take larger pieces without pre-cutting.

It comes with three strainers with different perforations, two trays for juice and pulp, a pestle for feeding the product and a cleaning brush. A drip cap closes the spout between pours, and the processing parts come off quickly for washing.

The juicer measures 150 by 240 by 530 mm and weighs 6.7 kg net. It ships in a 370 by 290 by 340 mm carton at 8 kg gross. Made in Italy by Sirman.
