Refrigerated Horizontal Showcase, 500 L, +2/+10°C

The Roller Grill FSC 1200 is a refrigerated horizontal display showcase for restaurants, hotels, patisseries and catering operations, holding up to 500 L across a 1 200 mm-wide unit built and assembled in France. Fan-assisted cooling maintains a +2 °C to +10 °C range — factory pre-set to +4 °C — with automatic defrost cycling every two hours, while the tropicalized design keeps performance stable in ambient temperatures up to +29 °C. The Tecumseh compressor uses R290 refrigerant, keeping energy draw to just 0.43 kW.

Panoramic double-glazed walls on all sides and four LED ramps give maximum product visibility from every angle, making it equally at home on a buffet line or in a retail-facing counter. The interior accommodates two adjustable glass shelves plus a stainless steel base level sized for three GN 1/1 trays, giving chefs and buyers a flexible, hygienic display surface ready for pastries, charcuterie, beverages or prepared dishes.

The unit ships in your choice of stainless steel, black or white exterior finish to match front-of-house décor. Note that GN 1/1 trays are not included and must be ordered separately.
