Pasta Dough Sheeter, 320 mm, 0–10 mm

The Neumärker S320 is a professional pasta dough sheeter designed for rolling egg dough, pizza dough, and pasta dough in commercial kitchens, restaurants, hotels, and pizzerias. With a 320 mm roller intake width and an adjustable dough thickness range of 0–10 mm, it handles everything from delicate fresh pasta sheets to thicker pizza bases in a single compact unit running on standard 230 V power.

Built entirely in stainless steel — including high-gloss polished stainless steel rollers — the S320 is easy to clean and built for daily production use. A safety microswitch on the intake area protects operators during continuous operation. Optional cutting blade attachments (220 mm working width, available in 2, 4, 6, and 12 mm slot widths) extend the machine's capability to produce consistently portioned pasta cuts straight from the roller.
