The fixed cast-iron plates deliver even, high-conductivity heat via Incoloy heating elements, producing consistent results whether you use fresh batter, frozen dough, or pre-cooked frozen waffles. A patented removable stainless steel drip tray around the bottom plate keeps the counter clean during busy service, while the robust stainless steel handle and mechanical thermostat with clear pilot lights make operation straightforward for any kitchen team.
