Five GN 1\/9 topping containers sit in the refrigerated top section under a glass canopy with integrated LED lighting, and two 230 V sockets are built in for the roller grill or sausage warmer on the worktop. The station measures 860 x 650 x 1370 mm in stainless steel AISI 304.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe base holds four refrigerated GN 1\/1 drawers (one 200 mm, two 150 mm and one 100 mm deep) on telescopic stainless steel guides, cooled by a ventilated system between +2 and +6 °C with a Carel electronic controller, automatic defrosting, high-density polyurethane insulation and R290 refrigerant. The cooling compressor is a removable standardised cassette that can be replaced within minutes. Power input is 0.23 kW on a 220–240 V single-phase supply.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCastors, GN containers and lids are the usual add-ons and are quoted with the unit.
