The station measures 1660 x 700 x 1380 mm in stainless steel AISI 304. The sausage warmer runs on its own 0.3 kW, 220 V connection, separate from the cooling system.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe base combines seven refrigerated GN 1\/1 drawers, six of them 150 mm deep and one 200 mm deep, with two neutral GN 1\/1 drawers (one 150 mm and one 100 mm) for buns and packaging, all on telescopic stainless steel guides. Ventilated cooling holds +2 to +6 °C with a Carel electronic controller, automatic defrosting, high-density polyurethane insulation and R290 refrigerant, and the compressor is a removable standardised cassette. Total power input is 0.23 kW for cooling plus 0.3 kW for the warmer, on a 220–240 V single-phase supply.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCastors, GN containers and lids are the usual add-ons and are quoted with the unit.
