It has a grooved cooking plate that sears grill marks into meat, fish and vegetables, made from 15 mm hardened stainless steel with a satin finish, set into a watertight recess with a fully welded top and no visible join. It runs on LPG or natural gas, lights with piezo ignition and has a pilot light and a gas safety valve with a thermocouple, with the temperature adjustable between 100 and 300 °C. It fits into a 700 mm deep cooking line and can also stand alone on a counter.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eGas connection, 14 kW, supplied with natural gas injectors fitted and an LPG injector set included. External dimensions 800 x 700 x 280 mm, net weight 40 kg. It is fitted with a 1.5 L drip tray and a stainless steel splashguard, and the housing is stainless steel throughout, so coarse residue can be scraped off and the rest wiped down with a damp cloth and a mild detergent.
