Five GN 1\/9 topping containers sit in the refrigerated top section under a glass canopy with integrated LED lighting, and a front cooling compartment keeps sauce bottles chilled on the customer side.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe base combines three refrigerated GN 1\/1 drawers of 150 mm and one of 200 mm with two neutral drawers (150 mm and 100 mm) for buns and packaging, all on telescopic stainless steel guides. Ventilated cooling holds +2 to +6 °C with a Carel electronic controller, automatic defrosting, high-density polyurethane insulation and R290 refrigerant, and the compressor is a removable standardised cassette. Power input is 0.23 kW on a 220–240 V single-phase supply; the construction is stainless steel AISI 304.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCastors, GN containers and lids are the usual add-ons and are quoted with the unit.
