The station measures 1260 x 650 x 1370 mm in stainless steel AISI 304.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe base combines four refrigerated GN 1\/1 drawers, three of them 150 mm deep and one 200 mm deep, with three neutral GN 1\/1 drawers (one 150 mm and two 100 mm) for buns and packaging, all on telescopic stainless steel guides. Ventilated cooling holds +2 to +6 °C with a Carel electronic controller, automatic defrosting, high-density polyurethane insulation and R290 refrigerant, and the compressor is a removable standardised cassette. Power input is 0.23 kW on a 220–240 V single-phase supply.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003cp\u003eCastors, GN containers and lids are the usual add-ons and are quoted with the unit.
